What do I need to set up mSupply mobile

We have three steps to deploy mSupply Mobile.

1.Need to setup the Mobile Store in mSupply desktop (mSupply team will help you with this setup but we need some information)\

1. Store Name (eg Mobile Clinic HC)
2. Store Code (eg mobilehc)
3. Sync Site Name (a Sync Site associated with the Store Name, both are usually the same)
4. Item Master list (for items to be visible in the mobile store)
5. A list of Stores and Customers (to be visible in the mobile store)
6. A list of 'transfer' Stores (Stores that current mobile store can order/send stock)

2. And few things to do by the user:

• Create the users and password in mSupply desktop to login into your mSupply mobile in tablet.

1.Download the apk file of mSupply Mobile Apps in your tablet from the given link. Check with Sustainable Solution for the download link. Depending on your mSupply server version, you may require specific version of mSupply version.

2.Once the download is completed it will ask the three things:

• Primary Server URL: https://msupply.demo.org:2048 ( may look something like this, we will advise you )
• Sync Site Name: Mobile Clinic HC ( as requested in step 1 )
• Sync Site Password: ( will be provided by mSupply team once we setup store/sync )

3.Now the sync will start and be patient until the sync get completed, please make sure that internet is stable otherwise it may lead to incomplete sync ( in case of incomplete sync you will need to, restart the app and re-enter information as per step 2 )

1. After sync completion another page will open asking you to login as user:

• Username: ( This is the username which can log in to given store )
• Password: ( A password for the given use )

• mSupply allows for an existing store to be turned to mSupply mobile sync store
• We can also turn existing customer ( that is not a store in mSupply ) to be turned into a mobile store, but requires that all customer invoices for the given customer are finalised
